I already took Hogan. Do I need to retake it?
No. If you have HPI, HDS, and MVPI results from within the past five years, you can upload them during intake and we'll work from those. We'll discount the assessment cost from your invoice.
How long does this take from start to finish?
Two to three weeks from completed intake to final deliverable. The Hogan assessment takes about 90 minutes of your time. Premium tier adds a coaching call scheduled in the week after delivery.
Is this just career coaching with a personality test bolted on?
