Common questions before you start.

I already took Hogan. Do I need to retake it?
If you have recent Hogan HDS results (within the past five years), you can upload them during intake and we'll work from those. HEXACO and the SD-3 are quick and included either way.
How long does this take from start to finish?
Two to three weeks from completed intake to final deliverable. The three assessments take about an hour of your time total. Both tiers include a 90-minute private debrief scheduled after your report is ready.
Is this just career coaching with a personality test bolted on?
No. This is a personality-informed plan grounded in validated science. Every recommendation accounts for your specific profile across the HDS, HEXACO, and SD-3: what energizes you, what drains you, and which derailers activate under pressure. The written report is the starting point; the value is the expert debrief and custom plan that follow.
